Georgina Lynch, trading as Georginalynch.com, is registered as a Sole Trader with HMRC in the United Kingdom. It is owned and operated by Georgina Lynch.

Georginalynch.com is not currently VAT registered.Georgina Lynch has Public Liability Insurance and Employers Liability Insurance that is underwritten by DSC Strand, policy number E-18268.
Georginalynch.com is also a member of BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy).

3. General Product Information
Georginalynch.com provides tailored and supportive therapeutic coaching and mentoring packages, programmes, services and associated supportive digital products (including but not limited to meditation audios, workbooks and self-guided packages)
All products sold by Georginalynch.com are designed to be suitable for your needs. Georginalynch.com will endeavour to provide a fully inclusive therapeutic coaching and mentoring service as per the terms of the contract that will be signed by both Georgina Lynch and the accepting client, prior to the commencement of any therapeutic coaching, counselling or mentoring.
Additional meditation and yoga services may be available to clients if desired and by mutual agreement.
Where provided, it is the responsibility of the buyer to understand their suitability for any Georginalynch.com or ‘Journey To Wellness’ package or product. It is the responsibility of the buyer to that they meet the required intentions before purchasing the product.
All communications, session content and personal information will never be shared with a 3rd party, with the exception of Georgina Lynch’s monthly supervision with a fully trained and qualified psychotherapist and supervisor. In these sessions anonymous details of a therapists work is shared in order to ensure best practise. If Georgina Lynch becomes concerned about your safety and considers that you may be at serious risk of harm to self or other/s, she would be required to discuss her concerns and share with a GP in order to ensure that your needs are being met.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to seek personal/professional guidance prior to purchase should this be deemed necessary by them. georginalynch.com will endeavour to provide any further information as required by a professional assessor engaged by the individual.
4. Payment for products and services
Payment methods
Payment are accepted via PayPal only. Georginalynch.com do not accept cash, cheques or card payments beyond those offered by the PayPal processing system.
Payment must be made as per the terms of the contract signed by both the seller and the buyer in reference to any specific package, programme, product or offering.
Products will not be released and packages or programmes will not commence until payment has been made and funds have cleared, as per the terms of the contract for the package or product.
PayPal may permit eCheque payment and these are accepted. However, in these circumstances it may take up to ten working days for cleared payment to be received by georginalynch.com. It is not possible to dispatch products or commence packages until such time as these funds have cleared.
Refunds
Should a refund or partial refund be agreed at any time, the refund payment will be made in the same way as the original purchase of the product or service and the timing of this will be reliant on the terms of PayPal. Agreed refunds will be made within 3 working days of the written agreement to refund happening.
5. Delivery of products, services, packages and programmes
Digital products
Digital products that are sold or provided by Georginalynch.com will be made available in downloadable format within 24 hours of purchase and cleared payment being received.
All digital content provided by Georginalynch.com will be in English language and no other language or translation will be provided by Georginalynch.com.
Services, packages, programmes
Each interactive service, package or programme that is purchased from Georginalynch.com will be subject to an individual contract between the seller and the buyer.
The individual contract will set out the terms and schedule for the delivery processes, times and methods of the individual service, package or programme. Both parties are required to read and sign the individual contract prior to the commencement of the given service, package or programme.
Internet, phone and associated service provider costs
Georginalynch.com provides downloaded products. As such the costs associated with downloading any digital product supplied by Georginalynch.com is the entire and complete responsibility of the buyer and Georginalynch.com will not become responsible for this at any time.
Georginalynch.com also provides services, packages and programmes that are interactive through the use of online services such as Skype (not limited to Skype). Some of these services may be payable. Any payment in this respect is the entire and complete responsibility of the buyer and Georginalynch.com will not become responsible for this at any time.
The cost to the buyer of any internet or phone service, or the cost to the buyer of being online (by any method) in order to receive any or all products, services, packages or programmes provided or offered by Georginalynch.com is the entire and complete responsibility of the buyer and Georginalynch.com will not become responsible for this at any time.
6. Refunds and cancellation
Downloadable Products
As per the terms of the UK Distance Selling Regulations, by accepting these terms and conditions the buyer confirms that they are aware that they will waive their 14 days right to cancel an order of any product provided by Georginalynch.com that is downloadable (this includes but is not limited audio downloads, downloadable workbooks, templates and exercises and downloadable video or audio guides in any format).
Services, Packages and Programmes
If a buyer is not satisfied with the service, package or programme that they receive, they have the right to cancel any service, package or programme purchased by them. Cancellation notice must be made in writing by email and must give a minimum of seven full days’ notice.
Georginalynch.com retains the right to cancel any service, package or programme provided by Georginalynch.com by providing and minimum of seven full days’ notice. This notice will be provided in writing by email to your email address as specified by you in the individual service, package or programme contract.
Cancellation can be made at any time either before or during the commencement of the service, package or programme.
In the event that you owe money to Georginalynch.com at the time of cancellation full payment will become due at the time of cancellation.
In the unlikely event that this agreement is cancelled before all the appointments you have paid for have been provided, Georginalynch.com will refund you for any appointments you have paid for but which she has not provided. This will be at the rate of 1/6 of the total amount paid per appointment that has been paid for in advance and then cancelled.
Any refund made to you by Georginalynch.com will be processed as per the terms specified in section 4 of these terms and conditions.
Upon termination of this agreement, Georginalynch.com will immediately cease to be liable to you in respect of a service, package or programme and any associated appointments or products.
Failure to attend booked, scheduled, agreed or paid for appointment/s for services, packages or programmes will not be classed as cancellation. Failure to provide the required notice will not be classed as cancellation. In these instances no refund will be provided or become due.
7. Complaints
Customer and buyer satisfaction and feedback is of the utmost importance to Georginalynch.com. We 100% aim for everything to go well with your purchase and for you to love the products, services, packages and programmes that you buy.
However, we accept that occasionally things may not go as intended.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to contact Georginalynch.com directly if there are any issues with any product, service, package or programme provided by Georginalynch.com. This ensures the best opportunity for resolving any issues by mutual agreement.
8. Refusing service or communication
Georginalynch.com reserves the right to block or end all and any form of communication with any abusive buyers, any buyers who fail to abide by proper online etiquette or do not follow online buying policies where applicable. This includes but is not limited to PayPal, Facebook, Twitter, and Geroginalynch.com and any other online platforms or portals where Georginalynch.com may have a presence or where her products, services, packages or programmes may be available, mentioned or discussed in any way.
9. Notices
In order to be deemed as having been received, all notices sent to Georginalynch.com must be sent to the contact details provided on www.georginalynch.com. Georginalynch.com may give notice or information to a buyer or customer at either the email address or postal address provided by them when making a purchase or as confirmed by them in their individual contract for a given service, package or programme.
Notice will be deemed to have been received and properly served 24 hours after an email is sent or 3 days after the date of posting any letter.
In providing the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that the letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post. In the case of an email, it will be sufficient to prove that the email was sent to the specified email address of the addressee/s.
10. Conclusion
The terms and conditions are governed by English Law. Any contract for the purchase of goods, products, services, packages, or programmes from this site (or it’s associated sites and selling platforms and portals) and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with any such contract will be governed by English Law.
Georginalynch.com, and the buyer (we and you) agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if the buyer or customer/s is a resident in Northern Ireland they may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if they are resident in Scotland, they may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
